If you launched a new blog or website you are very eager to check the rank of your website. Alexa is one of the standerd websites which ranks the websites.It gives the exact data more than other ranking websites.It also gives the number of visits and views, reach and bounce of the website.
But how alexa gives ranking for a web page and how determines a webpage popularity.

Alexa uses the combined information provided by the "Alexa's traffic rankings are based on the usage patterns of Alexa Toolbar users and data collected from other, diverse sources over a rolling 3 month period." and reach and pageviews.(Click here)

Alexa clearly says "The traffic data is based on the set of Alexa Toolbar users" means your traffic rank is based on the "visitors who installed the alexa toolbar in their browsers".(Read Here in Some important Disclaimers) "The traffic data are based on the set of toolbars that use Alexa data, which may not be a representative sample of the global Internet population. To the extent that our sample of users differs from the set of all Internet users, our traffic estimates may over- or under-estimate the actual traffic to any particular site."

This means if you have 10,000 visitors per day and out of them only 5000 users have alexa tool bar and others doesn't installed this tool bar.Then alexa counts the visits 5000 of alexa tool bar installed browsers only. So this leads to the higher page rank of your website.

Ex: Three sites with differant number of visits and differant page views may have the same Alexa rank if the sites visited in same number of Alexa toolbar insatlled browsers.

There may be 3000-5000 rank differance between Blogbricks1 and Blogbricks3 eventhough differance visits is 50%.
Of course lot of other information decides the page/traffic rank of a website.But when it comes to alexa rank the most of the information collected by alexa tool bar only.
Alexa also takes the help of "Dmoz", a directory of websites and other domain hosts to count the number of server requests done by user.

So don't get descourage when your site's alexa rank increases there may be the less visits in alexa toolbar installed browsers.

1. Omitting The Subject Line.
We are way past the time when we didn't realize the significance of the subject line.

It makes no sense to send a message that reads "no subject" and seems to be

about nothing. Given the huge volume of e-mail that each person receives,

the subject header is essential if you want your message read any time soon.

The subject line has become the hook.
2. Not Making Your Subject Line Meaningful.
Your header should be pertinent to your message, not just "Hi" or "Hello."

The recipient is going to decide the order in which he reads e-mail based on

who sent it and what it is about.

Your e- mail will have lots of competition.
3. Failing To Change The Header To Correspond With The Subject.
For example, if you are writing your web publisher, your first header may be

To promote my blog I joined on yahoo groups and I have my own group.Not only me but also bloggers like me are using "Groups" to promote their blog.So when I send a nail it reaches to more than 1000 persons at a time.But I am not sure that all of them won't see my mail.Because they are getting mails from others also.In the same way I get daily more than 3000 mails.Yahoo giving unlimited mail storage.But when some limit reaches(nearly 20000 mails) your account don't sent and receive any mails.This is due to yahoo giving unlimited storage.So to protect their server from unnecessary storage.So you must clear them daily.But you can delete 200 mails at one click(yahoo old Version).If you have a 10000 mails you have to press delete button 50 times.Its lot of time waste.So here is 4 simple steps to delete your thousands of mails.

At the right top corner you will see 'switch to new yahoo mail'.So you will be turned into new version of yahoo.(click on images to see large view).
Then your yahoo account switched to new version.
Then select delete check box there.Delete all.
Then your mail box will be cleared.(You can also clear spam and trash.).
Switch back to old version.(Beside sign out).

Then you have cleared your mail box.But use this tip only those who are "Confirmed that getting 'ALL' unnecessary emails".

Here you may got one doubt that

Let me explain.Suppose you have a group in your college and you have blog.Your friends has different views and ideas.So they wanted to associate with your blog.So you have to allow them and add them as "Blog Authors".If you want to sale your blog or you want to transfer to some one.Then you have to add a "Blog Owner".Now we will see how to add Authors and Owners.
Log in to your blogger account.Then Dash board->setting->Permissions.There you can see blog authors and blog readers.Bellow you can see "add authors".Click on it you can be asked the emails of Authors you wanted to invite.Then the author can be invited and he can post on your blog."But he can't edit and delete" anything on your blog.He plays a role of guest on your blog.
If you can click on "Guest" it can be changed to admin(Red arrow).

That means he got full control on your blog and he can delete and edit anything on it and "He can delete you as Admin".So be careful while inviting others as admin.
